Fumely

Privacy Policy

Last updated 29 May 2026

This policy explains what Fumely collects, why, and the control you have over your data.

Fumely (“we”, “us”) is operated by Invsion OG, Street, City, Country. We take your privacy seriously — especially given the sensitive, health-adjacent nature of the data you log. This policy describes the personal data we process when you use the Fumely mobile app and this website.

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account we process your sign-in identifiers (such as your email address or an Apple Sign-In identifier) so we can authenticate you and sync your data across sessions. Authentication and account data are handled by our backend provider, Supabase.

Data you create in the app

The core of Fumely is the activity you log: timestamps each time you record a vape, the gaps between them, and any optional context you choose to add. This data exists to power your own insights and progress. It is yours.

Subscription and purchase data

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and managed on our side via RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status and related transaction identifiers. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details — Apple handles payment.

Device and diagnostic data

To keep the app working we process limited technical data such as app version, device type, operating-system version, and crash or error diagnostics. Where we use analytics, it is to understand aggregate product usage and improve the app — not to build advertising profiles.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, we process a push-notification token so we can deliver the gentle, optional nudges you opted into. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

2. How we use your data

  • To provide the app: authenticate you, store your logs, and generate your insights.
  • To operate your subscription and provide access to paid features.
  • To send the reminders and notifications you have enabled.
  • To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve the product.
  • To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Legal bases for processing

Where the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (providing the app and your subscription); your consent (for optional notifications and any non-essential analytics); and our legitimate interests (keeping the service secure and improving it).

4. How we share data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that make the app work, acting as our processors:

  • Apple — App Store distribution and payment processing for subscriptions.
  • Supabase — authentication, database, and backend hosting of your account and logs.
  • RevenueCat — management of subscription entitlements and status.

We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and logged data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to meet legal obligations.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@fumely.app. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

7. Data security

We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.

8. Children

Fumely addresses nicotine use and is intended for adults of legal vaping age in your jurisdiction. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age required to purchase nicotine products where they live.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
